Shipping Information

The Shipping rate will be calculated and shown at checkout.  Once you have placed your order, your package will be shipped within 2-4 working days (custom orders may take slightly longer).  If you are looking to receive your order by a specific date, please enquire in advance to make sure we can get your package out to you in time.

Deliveries to Ireland:  All orders are shipped via An Post (standard post) from our home studio in Co. Louth, Ireland, and you should receive your package within 3-5 working days (for addresses within the Republic of Ireland). 

If you would like your order to be sent by express or registered post , please get in touch with us beforehand.

Lost Packages

If you have not received your package 5 working days after your order was shipped (regular post, within Ireland), please check with your local post office.  If you still cannot resolve the issue you can of course contact us and we will do our utmost to help.

Covid-19 & Brexit Update (22/01/2021)

Northern Ireland & Great Britain:  Deliveries to Northern Ireland and Great Britain are temporarily suspended.  We hope to reinstate the service in due course and will keep this page up to date regarding any changes.

Currently we still ship standard orders within 2 business days to Ireland and Europe.  Due to the current situation however, please expect delays.

​Deliveries to Europe: Orders are shipped with DPD to Europe.  They are doing their best at the moment to deliver your parcel as fast as possible.
